Attack On Indian Parliament (No. 2)

That this House is outraged at the attack on the Indian Parliament; offers its condolences to the victims' families and to the Government of India; agrees that this is a challenge to democracy; condemns any acts of terrorism including the taking of civilian lives by suicide squads and individuals; and urges the governments around the world to take strong action against terrorists and countries who sponsor terrorism.
