Consultation On Tube Ppp

That this House notes the concern among Londoners about the proposed Public Private Partnership for the London Underground, the Transport Select Committee's recommendations concerning the PPP and the Secretary of State for Transport's promise of a consultation period on the proposals following the publication of the Ernst and Young Report; and calls on the Government, following the publication of that report as part of that consultation, to allow a full debate in the House of Commons followed by a free vote to allow all honourable Members to express their opinion of the report and PPP.
