Drugs Harm Reduction

That this House congratulates the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State at the Home Office for his courageous statement on reducing harm resulting from the use of recreational dance drugs; and believes that his realistic practical approach will discourage drug use; avoid many dangerous situations and reduce drug deaths.
