Central Railway

EDM number 1103 in 2002-03, proposed by Andy King on 29/04/2003.

That this House notes the Central Railway proposal; and urges the Government to consult all honourable Members who represent areas affected and relevant local authorities before any decision is made and to reject the short-cut of a hybrid Bill in order to allow Parliament a full opportunity to discuss such a significant scheme.
