BBC Panorama Programme And Us Foreign Policy

EDM number 1298 in 2002-03, proposed by Robert N Wareing on 03/06/2003.

That this House congratulates the BBC on its Panorama programme on Sunday 18th May which exposed the real foreign policy intentions of President Bush's Administration; recognises that the Bush Administration is firmly under the influence of the American Enterprise Institute which launched the Project for the New American Century; believes that this is a programme for continuing war and furthering the interests of those who seek American global domination; fears that such a policy would fuel international terrorism; and calls upon Her Majesty's Government to reject the pursuance of such a policy.

This motion has been signed by a total of 24 MPs.
