Review Of The Tax System

EDM number 1453 in 2002-03, proposed by Dave Watts on 23/06/2003.

That this House believes that the present tax system is unfair and is incapable of providing the resources which are needed to provide world-class public services; and calls on the Government to review its present tax policies; and to consider introducing a tax system which is based on people's ability to pay.
