Birmingham Poster Of Congratulation To Liverpool

That this House congratulates Liverpool on its status as the United Kingdom's nomination for European Capital of Culture 2008; joins with Birmingham in sending warm wishes to the people of Liverpool via a giant poster in Birmingham's city centre; and wishes Birmingham well in its role as a centre of culture and every success in its ambitious plans for an iconic new library designed by Lord Rogers.
