Mcdonalds Apples

EDM number 1538 in 2002-03, proposed by Lindsay Hoyle on 07/07/2003.

That this House notes that McDonalds do not use British apples in their apple tarts; recognises the importance of promoting British produce, particularly at large nationwide food outlets such as McDonalds; and calls on McDonalds to use British grown apples in order to support UK produce.
