That this House, in common with all parliaments of the Commonwealth, proudly observes Commonwealth Day on 10th March; acknowledges the theme of Partners in Development and looks forward to working together with commonwealth parliaments in identifying areas where effort should be focused; and gratefully acknowledges the work of the United Kingdom Branch of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association in strengthening the links binding together the Commonwealth family and promoting democracy worldwide.
