That this House calls on those Right honourable and honourable Members who were paid a fee to write articles for newspapers, appear on television programmes and radio broadcasts opposing top-up fees and then voted in favour of the Second Reading of the Higher Education Bill to give their fees to a charity of the newspaper's or broadcast medium's choice.
