That this House congratulates Leicester City Football Club on its historic partnership agreement with All India Football Federation and its twinning with India Soccer Champions East Bengal; notes that is the first time an English football club has signed an agreement of any kind with any club or association in India; acknowledges the positive effects this agreement will have on the development of football in India; and wishes all parties well in their future cooperation.
