Litter On M6

EDM number 981 in 2004-05, proposed by Paul Marsden on 22/03/2005.

That this House condemns the long-term litter at the side of the junction of the M54 and M6 heading south; urges the Highways Agency and the local authority to clear up the mess and ensure the site is properly kept clear of litter in the future; and urges motorists to dispose of their litter in a responsible manner.
