That this House congratulates Chelsea Football Club on retaining their Premiership title; applauds the achievements of all at the club, including owners Roman and Irina Abramovich, manager José Mourinho, captain John Terry, the team and the staff at Stamford Bridge; and recognises that blue is the colour two years running in Hammersmith and Fulham.
