That this House wishes the very best to the Trinidad and Tobago football team at this year's World Cup in Germany; notes that Perth-based St Johnston player Jason Scotland will be amongst six Scottish-based members of the Trinidad and Tobago squad; believes that following Scotland's failure to qualify in 2006 this is as close as Scotland will get to the World Cup finals; welcomes the support given to the `Soca Warriors' by the Tartan Army, the First Minister of Scotland and the hon. Member for Banff and Buchan; looks forward to Trinidad and Tobago's games in the group stages; and hopes that the team progresses from group B.
