Speed Limits In Built Up Areas

EDM number 54 in 2005-06, proposed by John Mann on 17/05/2005.

That this House calls for a 30 mph default limit to apply in built up areas; and further calls for legislative change to allow this to be automatic, where applied for by the Highways Authority, without the need for individual Traffic Regulation Orders.
