That this House congratulates Carol Doughty for her successful tenure as Regional Director of Visa Services in South Asia and the Middle East; commends her outstanding dedication to improving visa services in the region; notes that in recent years she has managed a large increase in the number of applications for visas for entry into the United Kingdom from the sub-continent; and wishes her well in her new appointment in South Africa.
