That this House congratulates Padraig Harrington on winning the 2007 Open Championship in Carnoustie; congratulates the R&A, Angus Council and the people of Carnoustie for delivering a first-class competition, a superb course and wonderful hospitality; and looks forward to an early return of the Open to Carnoustie.
