That this House notes that the 250th anniversary of the birth of Rabbie Burns is to be celebrated in 2009; thanks those celebrities who have given their free time to front the Homecoming Scotland campaign; further notes that the campaign hopes to bring home to Scotland and the UK for the anniversary celebrations Scots living abroad; and encourages those returning home also to dally a while in London, their capital city.
