That this House recognises the actions of Rio and Anton Ferdinand to raise awareness about racism in football; notes that the chairman of the Kick It Out campaign, Lord Ouseley, has said the charity is relatively powerless in scope to affect the game; further notes that the FA has responsibility for all aspects of the game at every level; calls on the FA to take a stronger stance against racism; and further calls on the Government to give further support to the Kick It Out campaign to completely eradicate racism from football.
