Categorised under the topics of Companies, Employment and Industrial relations.

That this House hails the success of Impact International, an organisation which works with its clients to help it to understand what motivates its employees to be happy and effective at work, on being named the UK's No. 1 Best Workplace by Great Place to Work; notes that this Windermere-based organisation currently advises over 400 businesses, including global brands like Sony, Thomson Reuters, Swiss Re, United Nations, Barclays, P&G, Lend Lease, BP and UBS; further notes Impact's unique approach to running a successful business, including a focus on unlocking leadership qualities in all employees, not only at senior management level; commends Impact for the incredible efforts it has gone to in order to ensure that it puts its advice into practice within its own organisation as well as encouraging others; and calls on the Government and other organisations to learn from the incredible example Impact International has set and ensure that it too offers the best possible working environment for employees.
