That this House notes with regret the death of Annabel Lloyd; recognises with gratitude the enormous contribution that she made to the Parliamentary and Scientific Committee over decades of service stretching back to the 1990s and beyond; further notes the sustained hard work involved in preserving the record of Parliament's oldest All-Party Parliamentary Group; and expresses its condolences to her family at their loss.
