Tiny Life Anniversary

EDM number 1660 in 2017-19, proposed by Jim Shannon on 10/10/2018.

That this House notes the tremendous work carried out by the charity Tiny Life; further notes that every day in Northern Ireland six premature babies are born; notes the fact that according to figures from the charity, that 30 years ago 70 per cent of premature babies did not survive and 88 per cent today do survive; acknowledges the input that Tiny Life makes and the funds the charity raises and the expertise it provides; and thanks that charity for the passion and dedication it shows in practically and emotionally helping families in need and making a real difference to the care provided to premature babies, mothers and their families.
