That this House takes note of the Convention on the Establishment of the Organisation for Joint Armament Co-operation between the United Kingdom, France, Germany and Italy (OCCAR), Cm 4367, presented to Parliament on 18th June; and requests that Her Majesty's Government does not ratify it until the Defence Committee has considered and reported on its implications.
