Speed Cameras And Human Rights

That this House recognises the importance of speed cameras in deterring motorists from driving at excessive speed; believes that the principal human rights considerations in road traffic law are those affecting victims of road crashes and their families; and calls upon the Government to ensure that such rights are protected in all relevant legislation.
