That this House takes note of the Fourth Report of the Environmental Audit Committee Session 1999-2000, on the Pre-Budget Report 1999: pesticides, aggregates and the Climate Change Levy HC 76, as relevant to debate on the Budget 2000; and regrets that the Chancellor of the Exchequer refused to allow reference to this report to appear on the Order Paper for the information of all honourable Members.
