Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother

That this House congratulates Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth, the Queen Mother, in her centennial year; values her outstanding 64 years of public service; and calls upon the Government to recognise the gratitude of the nation by declaring a public holiday on the Monday following the anniversary of her birth.
