Air Services To Northern Ireland

EDM number 1508 in 2002-03, proposed by Gregory Campbell on 01/07/2003.

That this House recognises the importance of direct air services between Northern Ireland and London; views with concern the recent development at bmi British Midland whereby most Belfast City-London Heathrow services have not only been fully booked but have had a number of potential passengers 'wait-listed' for flights, causing people to be delayed or inconvenienced; and calls on the company to establish whether additional flights are necessary and to take steps to see if they can be accommodated.

This motion has been signed by a total of 13 MPs.
