Nras 2nd Birthday

EDM number 1813 in 2002-03, proposed by David Amess on 27/10/2003.

That this House notes that the 17th October marked the second birthday of the National Rheumatoid Arthritis Society; notes that NRAS is a patient-led national charity focusing entirely and specifically on rheumatoid arthritis; notes that NRAS's aims are to provide an advisory and information service on all aspects of the disease, to raise public and government awareness of rheumatoid arthritis, to campaign for more funding to be made available for treatment of the disease and to facilitate the networking of patients and encouraging self-help; and congratulates NRAS on all the sterling work that it does and wishes it all the very best for the future.

This motion has been signed by a total of 69 MPs.
