Gender Balance In A Reformed House Of Lords

That this House, recognising the importance of gender balance in a reformed House of Lords and aware that faith communities, including the Church of England, will have problems achieving this, urges the General Synod of the Church of England to prepare for future representation in the Lords that will ensure an equal number of men and women.
