Richard Desmond

EDM number 1054 in 2003-04, proposed by Quentin Davies on 27/04/2004.

That this House expresses its repugnance at the reported racialist behaviour and remarks of the proprietor of the Daily Express at a meeting with business associates, including the Managing Director of the Daily Telegraph, on 22nd April; and is deeply concerned that a major newspaper should now be in the hands of such an individual.

This motion has been signed by a total of 60 MPs.
