Us Finding Of Murder Conviction As Political
EDM number 1169 in 2003-04, proposed by Nigel Dodds on 11/05/2004.
That this House calls on the US authorities to reconsider the decision not to deport Sean O'Cealleogh who was convicted in a UK court of the murder of two Army corporals in West Belfast, Derek Wood and David Howes; condemns the US finding that the conviction for this atrocious crime was political; and urges the United States to show solidarity in the fight against terrorism.
