That this House regrets the failure of the Department of the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs to publish its consultation on Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment Directive (WEEE) Permitting, revised Fridge Guidance and the Environment Agency Audit Report, in spite of the deadline for consultation by the Department of Trade and Industry expiring on 29th October; urges the Department of the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs to publish urgently the documents; and further urges the Department for Trade and Industry to extend the consultation period to allow industry to participate in the process.
