North Staffordshire Branch Diabetes UK

That this House congratulates the hard work of the North Staffordshire Branch of Diabetes UK; praises the efforts of the committee officers, volunteers and supporters who work tirelessly for the individuals and families who have been affected by diabetes; and calls on the Government to publish their delivery strategy immediately to ensure that all people diagnosed with diabetes receive world-class diabetes care in the UK, particularly those at risk of developing complications of diabetes such as diabetic retinopathy, the leading cause of blindness and visual impairment to affect the working population.
