Park Home Reform

EDM number 732 in 2003-04, proposed by Hilton Dawson on 01/03/2004.

That this House warmly congratulates the Government on the introduction of new clauses 44, 45, 46, 47 and 48 into the Housing Bill; welcomes the fact that this new legislation will address longstanding concerns about harassment and written agreements; and calls upon the Deputy Prime Minister to complete a process of park home reform which is supported by honourable Members on all sides of the House, park home residents and the park home industry, by bringing forward a park homes bill addressing the remaining agreed recommendations of the Park Homes Review, and formulated in time for the next Queen's Speech.

This motion has been signed by a total of 62 MPs, 1 of these signatures have been withdrawn.
