That this House congratulates the Brecknockshire Agricultural Society, the oldest agricultural society in the UK, on celebrating its 250th anniversary this year; commends the Society on its contribution to the advancement of agricultural science and its recent innovation of an annual lecture; encourages honourable Members to attend its annual show on 6th August; notes that the Society's patron is HRH The Prince of Wales; and looks forward to the continued involvement of the Royal Family in this important anniversary year.
