EDM number 853 in 2004-05, proposed by Gregory Campbell on 08/03/2005.

That this House notes the review of unsolved killings in Northern Ireland announced by Her Majesty's Government; and believes that it will not succeed unless the relatives of innocent murder victims are given a clear understanding that a more satisfactory outcome is likely if perpetrators are punished.
