That this House congratulates Cecilia Flores-Oebanda of the Visayan Forum Foundation in the Philippines on receiving the 2005 anti-slavery award; recognises that she has been at the forefront of working for the rights of exploited migrant workers such as child domestic workers, as well as trafficked women and children; and hopes that in recognition of this award, the Philippines will rapidly adopt the domestic workers bill into law.
