Terrorist Attacks On 7th July 2005

EDM number 600 in 2005-06, proposed by Ian Austin on 14/07/2005.

That this House offers its condolences and support to the victims of and those bereaved and injured by the atrocities committed in London on 7th July; and calls on those organisations which made increased profits as a result of the bombings, such as mobile phone companies who experienced a huge increase in the volume of calls, or those hotels and taxi companies who are reported to have increased their charges due to increased demand after the bombings, to donate the increased profits they received to the relief fund established for the victims.
