RYANAIR'S TREATMENT OF DISABLED CUSTOMERS
EDM number 1357 in 2006-07, proposed by Sharon Hodgson on 25/04/2007.
That this House is outraged that Ryanair does not allow disabled customers the opportunity to state their requirements when booking flights electronically but instead chooses to insist that disabled customers must contact the company directly on an 0871 telephone number which costs 10 pence per minute; believes that this shows a lamentable attitude towards accommodating disabled passengers; and urges Ryanair to incorporate disabled customers into their normal online service forthwith.
