That this House congratulates the local authorities in Suffolk for initiating Spring Clean Fortnight; praises the groups and individuals who have taken part in the clean-up campaign; recognises the part that Radio Suffolk has had in promoting this drive through its Don't be a Tosser promotion; and commends the continued efforts of all major political parties, local authorities, religious groups and a great many private businesses and individuals in maintaining the challenge to the other counties of England in the race for the title of England's Greenest County.
