That this House is most concerned that the remaining 175,000 applications that have been made to the Student Loans Company have not been approved; urges the Government to ensure that no student is forced to suspend or leave higher education as a result of the financial difficulty incurred; and calls on the Government to review the situation to ensure that the technical and administrative problems experienced this year are not repeated.
