EDM number 1214 in 2009-10, proposed by Andrew Pelling on 30/03/2010.

That this House regrets that the Equality Bill does not go far enough to safeguard the rights of motivated people over the age of 65 in or seeking employment; and calls for the Government to legislate to ensure that every person in the United Kingdom has the freedom and autonomy to choose when to exit employment.
