That this House congratulates the international charity EveryChild on its 10th anniversary; recognises the important work it carries outin keeping children in safe families; and calls on the Government to ensure that the security of family life is provided for vulnerable children without parental care in the international guidelines that will replace the Millennium Development Goals.
