Registration Of Autism

EDM number 2077 in 2010-12, proposed by David Morris on 13/07/2011.
Categorised under the topics of Health services and Mental health.

That this House notes that there is no cure for autism; calls on the Government to introduce a scheme to enable parents to register their children as autistic to prevent them from having to fill in forms each year which confirm their children have this lifelong developmental disability; and believes that reregistering every year is a waste of time and resources for both the National Health Service and the families involved.

This motion has been signed by a total of 18 MPs.
