That this House recognises the success of the greatest ever gathering of start-up champions and entrepreneurs in Liverpool which is the first European city to hold the Global Entrepreneurship Congress; congratulates all involved for securing this prestigious event for the UK, during which more than 5,000 delegates from more than 120 countries enjoyed a week-long Festival of Entrepreneurship, policy discussion, sharing of best practice and highlighting the city's enterprise activity in action; notes this event will create a real legacy for the city, especially for its young people; and applauds Liverpool's ambition to be an enterprise hub for the UK.
