EDM number 665 in 2010-12, proposed by Greg Mulholland on 06/09/2010.
Categorised under the topic of International development.
That this House wishes the best of luck to the members of West Yorkshire scout groups who are taking part in Project Nepal, a scheme which will involve them training in the UK before travelling to Nepal in November to build a school in Purano Dewar in the Lamjung District of Nepal; and recognises the hugely beneficial effect this project will have on the community of Purano Dewar and the adventure that lies ahead of those members of West Yorkshire scout troops taking part.
