That this House is outragedby findings in the final UN report confirming previous allegations that Rwandan officials and, to a lesser extent, Ugandan officials, have provided the M23 militia gang with permanent troop reinforcements, weapons, intelligence, communication equipment and political advice and facilitated the evacuation of casualties to Rwanda; condemns the Kagame regime's continued support to the M23 and other militia gangs' murderous campaign in theCongo; endorses Save the Congo's call on the UK Government and the international community to redouble international efforts to defuse the escalating humanitarian crisis caused by the M23 militia gang and to hold the Kagame regime accountable for its flagrant breaches of UN resolutions and international law; and urges the Secretaries of State for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and for International Development to examine fully the UK's financial support and political ties to the Kagame regime and to report to the House on this matter on the earliest possible occasion.
