That this House welcomes the Ninth Report of the Home Affairs Committee, Drugs: Breaking the Cycle; notes its belief that there is now, more than ever, a case for a fundamental review of all UK drugs policy; and calls on the Government to act on its recommendation for the establishment of a Royal Commission to consider the best ways of reducing the harm caused by drugs and by taking evidence from treatment providers such as the Drugs, Alcohol and Justice Cross-Party Parliamentary Group.
