Siting Of Telecommunications Masts

That this House believes that telecommunications masts should be placed away from homes, schools, workplaces and other areas where people settle or congregate; and further believes that mobile phone companies should share masts to avoid the nonsense of a rash of planning applications from different organisations in the same area.
