Fees For Bill Payment At Post Offices

That this House notes that certain water companies make a charge to customers who wish to pay their bills at the post office; believes that this practice further undermines the sub-post office network; and therefore calls on all water companies to ensure that customers who wish to pay their bills at the post office are not charged for doing so.
